HISTORY
The choice of location for the second hotel from ibb Hotels group in was not accidental. Poznań , a fast developing metropolis that hosts important trade fairs several times a year, proved to be an ideal place. When, at the end of April 2004, developer and investor Von der Heyden Group started to construct the tallest building in Poznań – Andersia Tower , ibb Hotels group made a decision to manage another hotel in Poland. That is how ibb Andersia Hotel was allocated in this impressive place, with its interior carefully designed by PRC Architects.
This 19 storey hotel and office building has been built with the latest construction technology. The designer of the building of a total area of 42,518 m² and volume of 190,905 m³ is Ewa and Stanisław Sipiński Architects Office.
