The capital of the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship is also vibrant with life thanks to over 130,000 students who come here from all over Poland and from abroad.
Poznań is also a city of sports which, thanks to a very good infrastructure of sports facilities and sports tradition, opens the list of Polish cities selected to organize the UEFA European Football Championship EURO 2012.
